Tigh Fruin

Tigh Fruin provides personal care to six people with learning disabilities and autism in a three-story building in Hayton. The home offers individual bedrooms with ensuite facilities, plus communal spaces for dining, living, and activities.

Inspectors found that staffing levels were not always sufficient to keep people safe or provide the individual support they needed. People were not consistently protected from the risk of abuse. The service's leadership and management systems were inadequate, with the provider failing to identify several issues that could put residents at risk before April 2021.
