About Breagha House

Breagha House is a residential care home in Nottinghamshire, offering a small and homely setting where young adults can feel genuinely at ease. The team here understands how much it matters to families to find somewhere that feels personal rather than institutional, and that sense of care for the individual runs through everything they do. For anyone beginning the search for the right place, Breagha House is worth getting to know.

Breagha House provides accommodation and personal care for up to eight young adults living with a learning disability and/or autism. At inspection, five people were living at the service.

Staff numbers were insufficient to meet assessed care needs consistently. The management team acknowledged recruitment challenges and were actively seeking solutions. Record keeping for training and induction of agency staff was inconsistent and required improvement.

People were protected from the risk of abuse, and their needs were properly assessed with associated risks appropriately managed.
