Breagha House

Breagha House provides accommodation and personal care for up to eight young adults living with a learning disability and/or autism. At inspection, five people were living at the service.

Staff numbers were insufficient to meet assessed care needs consistently. The management team acknowledged recruitment challenges and were actively seeking solutions. Record keeping for training and induction of agency staff was inconsistent and required improvement.

People were protected from the risk of abuse, and their needs were properly assessed with associated risks appropriately managed.
