Tigh Bruadair

Tigh Brudair provides accommodation for up to 13 people with learning disabilities and/or autism across two adapted buildings on the same grounds. At inspection, 12 people were living at the service.

Staff had completed risk assessments for individual care and support needs, though guidance for staff was inconsistent in some areas. Incident analysis lacked sufficient detail to help staff identify themes or patterns in people's behaviour. The management team acknowledged these gaps and was taking action to address them.
