Rosekeys

Rosekeys is a residential home across a main building and two bungalows, supporting up to 18 adults with a learning disability and autistic people. The CQC rated the service as requiring improvement overall. Inspectors found people were kept safe, staff were well trained, and medicines were managed well, with people encouraged to make choices and stay independent.

However, care was not always dignified, and care plans were not consistently updated in a timely way, which risks staff missing important information. People and relatives spoke positively about staff and activities, and observations showed strong relationships with staff, but leadership and record-keeping need improvement.
