Foxby Hill Care Home

Foxby Hill Care Home accommodates up to 47 residents across two units in an adapted and extended building. Warren Lodge on the ground floor serves up to 27 people with a range of care needs, while the Bluebell Unit on the first floor provides specialist dementia care for up to 20 residents.

Residents were protected from harm through effective risk management systems and safe care practices. The service delivered care in line with established guidance and best practice standards.
