The home operates from a large residential property with ordinary domestic facilities, and had 39 residents at the time of inspection. Staff have strong continuity, with many having worked at the home long-term and developing good knowledge of residents' needs and preferences.

People told inspectors they felt safe and secure, with many having lived at the service for more than five years. The home assesses risks to people's health and safety and maintains good oversight of residents' wellbeing through ongoing support from experienced staff.
