Rosenmanor Limited

Rosenmanor Limited provides accommodation and personal care to up to 12 people with mental health needs across two adjoining properties. At the time of inspection, five people were using the service. While individual risks were assessed and mitigated through care records that gave staff necessary safety information, the provider's quality assurance processes failed to identify several environmental hazards including tripping risks, rusting garden furniture, and uncovered radiators.

Staff received training in recognizing abuse and reporting safeguarding concerns. Medicines were stored appropriately and administered as prescribed, and the environment maintained good hygiene standards with safe food handling and infection prevention practices in place.
