NAS House

NAS House provides personal care to up to 14 people with mental health needs, with 9 residents at the time of inspection. People felt safe at the service and had no concerns about their safety and wellbeing. Staff had received training in safeguarding and understood how to report concerns to relevant agencies. The provider actively sought residents' views on how they wanted to be kept safe, and staff understood individual risks documented in people's records and the actions needed to manage them. Regular health and safety checks of the premises and equipment were conducted to ensure the environment remained safe.
