Retreat Lodge

Retreat Lodge is a residential care home accommodating up to seven people with learning disabilities. The home provides person-centred support designed to help residents live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence. At inspection, all seven available spaces were occupied. Staff demonstrated safe management of medicines, ensuring people received prescribed medication as intended. The home uses restrictive intervention practices only as a last resort when needed, applying positive behaviour support principles in a person-centred way. Staff understood individual risks and how to support residents safely, with appropriate checks in place to manage the premises and equipment.
