The Willows is a converted house accommodating up to 28 older people across two floors in a residential area. At inspection, 27 people were living at the service.
People receive their medicines safely and as prescribed, with suitable systems in place to check medicines are being safely managed. The risks people are exposed to have been assessed and planned for, and they live in a safe environment. The home is clean and has systems to help prevent and control infection.
