Manor Court Care Home is a nursing home providing personal care and nursing for up to 111 older adults and younger adults with physical disabilities, across self-contained units. At the time of the assessment, 74 people were living there. The CQC previously rated the home requires improvement due to breaches around safe care, staffing and governance, but the latest assessment found enough improvement, and the home is now rated Good overall.

Inspectors found people felt safe and well supported, with healthcare needs monitored and met. People and relatives spoke positively about staff, social activities and personalised care, and felt able to raise concerns. The service was found to be well managed, with no outstanding breaches identified.

Manor Court Care Home is a nursing home for up to 111 adults. The service provides personal care and nursing to older adults and younger adults with physical disabilities. There are 4 self-contained units. Only 3 units were occupied at the time of our assessment and 74 people were living at the service. The assessment started on 15 June 2024 and ended on the 25 June 2024. We visited the service on 18 and 19 June 2024. The visit was conducted to follow up concerns identified at the last inspection. The last rating for this service was requires improvement (published 15 November 2022). We identified breaches of Regulations in relation to safe care, person centred care, staffing and good governance. At this inspection, we found enough improvement and there were no breaches of Regulations.
