Manor Court Care Home

Manor Court Care Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 111 people across four self-contained units, with three units in use accommodating 78 people at the time of inspection. The service cares for older people, including those living with dementia, and younger adults with physical disabilities.

Inspectors found the provider did not always have effective systems to protect people from risks in their daily lives. Staffing levels were insufficient to meet people's needs and provide safe care, with staff appearing task-focused and lacking time for meaningful interaction with residents. The home also lacked person-centred activities for those in its care.
