The Willows

The Willows accommodates up to 10 adults with learning disabilities, with nine residents living there at the time of inspection. Staff proactively support people to understand how to keep themselves safe both at home and in the community. The service has made thoughtful use of its space, repurposing a games room into a comfortable 'snug' for visiting. This room is conveniently positioned adjacent to the main entrance, offering residents and visitors a spacious, well-ventilated area for social interaction.
