Wren House accommodates up to 14 older people in a listed building on the outskirts of Warminster. The home features bedrooms across two floors, all with en-suite facilities, and includes a rear garden. At inspection, eight people were using the service.
Residents reported feeling safe, with families praising the fantastic quality of care and high standard of support from staff. People were able to make choices about all aspects of their lives and felt confident approaching the management team with concerns, which were listened to and addressed. The home was very clean and well maintained, with staff observed wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
