The Old Vicarage

The Old Vicarage accommodates up to 41 older people across two buildings. The main home houses 29 people and includes a communal dining area with pleasant outdoor seating. The newer building provides spacious rooms for 12 people, each with attached outdoor spaces.

Inspectors found that people were not supported safely. Risks to residents were not always robustly assessed or mitigated, and the home did not consistently provide good quality, compassionate and individualised care. Staff oversight and the systems for ensuring people's safety required significant improvement to meet minimum standards.
