Broadland House Residential Care Home

Broadland House provides personal care to up to 20 people aged 65 and over, including those living with dementia, in one adapted building. During inspection, several environmental risks were identified that placed residents at risk of harm, and actions had not been taken to fully assess people at risk of malnutrition. Quality assurance systems had not been effective at identifying or addressing these issues in a timely manner.

The service maintained an open and inclusive approach that empowered staff in their care work with residents.
