The Old Vicarage

The provider's governance arrangements now operate effectively to ensure timely decision-making and risk mitigation for quality and safety. Following breaches identified at the previous inspection in October 2021, remedial measures have been implemented across safe staffing, medicines management, and infection prevention and control. People are protected from harm or abuse when receiving care from staff, and are supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives.
