About Hill House

Hill House is a small residential care home in Derbyshire, offering personal care for a small number of residents. Details of the CQC's most recent findings are set out below.

Hill House is a residential care home providing personal care to one person at the time of inspection, with capacity for up to three residents. The service provides a homely environment with large communal spaces that people use according to their preferences, supported by staff to ensure safety and wellbeing. Bedrooms are personalised, allowing residents private space when and how they want it.

Staff understand how individuals make choices and actively support this daily, enabling maximum choice and control of their lives in the least restrictive way possible. People are supported to identify their personal goals and work towards achieving them, with access to appropriate care to meet their health needs and specialist support to develop and maintain their wellbeing. All care provided is tailored to individual needs and beliefs.
