Green Gables

Green Gables Care Home Physical Disabilities provides personal care to up to 28 people with physical disabilities, and at inspection was supporting 23 residents. The service also supports adults of all ages with learning disabilities. The home is housed in one adapted building across two floors, with communal lounges and outdoor space featuring raised flower beds and seating areas.

Staff supported people to have maximum choice and control over their lives, using the least restrictive practices and acting in residents' best interests. The service's policies and systems were designed to uphold these principles, ensuring people received care that respected their autonomy and independence.
