About The Old Vicarage

The Old Vicarage is a residential care home in Derbyshire, providing accommodation for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism across three separate buildings on site. Details of the CQC's most recent findings are set out below.

The Old Vicarage accommodates up to nine adults with learning disabilities and/or autism across three buildings: a main house with four bedrooms, a bungalow with three bedrooms, and stables with two bedrooms. Eight people were living there at the time of inspection.

People were supported to take reasonable risks that enabled them to lead fuller lives. They made their own decisions about what they ate and drank, and had autonomy over how they spent their days. Staff actively promoted residents' independence and choice in their daily activities.
