Oak House

Oak House accommodates up to four people in a modern detached house in Crawley, providing support to people living with learning disabilities or other complex needs who require assistance with personal care. At the time of inspection, four people were living at the service. The registered manager demonstrated good awareness of quality standards and the service had sustained the good practice noted in the previous inspection.
