The Oaks Residential Care Home

The Oaks is a residential care home providing personal care to 21 older people, most of whom are living with dementia. The service operates from one adapted building over three floors and can support up to 26 residents.

People are kept safe through systems designed to protect them from abuse, and infection control practices follow national guidance. Visiting is permitted and the registered manager has increased visiting times and removed booking requirements to support family contact. Risks are regularly assessed and monitored for each person. Staff recruitment processes are in place and residents report there are enough staff working at the service.
