Cherry Tree is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 7 people with a learning disability. Following a follow-up assessment, the CQC found the service had made improvements since its last inspection and continues to be rated Good overall.

Inspectors found staff were well trained, caring and knew people well, with care plans that reflected individual needs and information provided in accessible formats. Risks and medicines were managed safely, staffing levels were sufficient, and safe recruitment was in place. Quality assurance systems helped identify and address shortfalls, and relatives and staff described an open, positive culture.
