Inspectors found staff were well supported and motivated, risks were managed well, and people were involved in planning their own care.
People told inspectors they felt safe and were treated kindly, with staff protecting their privacy and dignity and supporting individual preferences. Leaders had built a culture of learning, feedback and continuous improvement, and people felt confident that any concerns raised would be acted upon.
