Green Willow Care Home

Green Willow Care Home accommodates up to 31 older people across two floors served by a lift, with communal lounges, a dining room, and a large garden that residents help design and maintain. At the time of inspection, 20 people were in residence.

Staff supported residents to use technology for staying connected with family and friends, encouraging them to learn video calling applications independently. According to a provider representative, many residents could answer calls themselves and initiate phone calls, with staff observing their progress with the technology.
