Rustington Hall

Rustington Hall provides personal and nursing care to 47 residents with a range of needs including physical disability and dementia care. The registered manager implemented safe visiting procedures, including COVID-19 passport checks for professionals, and facilitated regular visits for residents during the pandemic. Staff were observed wearing PPE correctly, and the manager effectively managed outbreak risks through appropriate isolation and separation of areas within the service.
