The Maples Residential Home

The Maples Residential Home provides personal care for up to 28 people, including those living with dementia, across an adapted three-storey building. At inspection, 25 residents were in residence. Staff maintain safe care practices and respond promptly to people's needs. Medicines are administered safely with proper storage and adequate supplies maintained. Accidents and incidents are investigated thoroughly, with preventive measures implemented. The premises are kept clean and infection control protocols are consistently followed.
