Broadmeadow Court provides accommodation and personal care for up to 32 residents across three floors. At the time of inspection, 23 people were living at the home.

The home has a clear visiting policy shared with relatives and is developing plans to create a hub within the grounds for family visits. When visits were restricted, staff used alternative methods to maintain residents' contact with their families and loved ones. The provider demonstrated a commitment to supporting meaningful relationships and social connections for the people in their care.
