The Manor Exminster

The Manor Exminster is a residential care home providing personal care for up to 25 people aged 65 and over. At the time of inspection, all 25 places were occupied.

People were supported by caring and compassionate staff who treated them with dignity and respect. They received person-centred care based on their individual needs and preferences, with staff demonstrating awareness of people's life history and communication needs to develop positive, meaningful relationships. People and their relatives reported feeling safe at the service, with staff showing clear awareness of each person's individual safety requirements.
