Endeavour Residential Home

Inspectors found risks were properly assessed and reviewed, and the home worked within the principles of the Mental Capacity Act, seeking legal authorisation where needed. Staffing levels and recruitment were safe, staff were well trained, and people were supported to access activities, community life and their families. Relatives and health professionals spoke positively about the care provided.
