Endeavour Residential Home

Endeavour Residential Home accommodates up to 20 people who require personal care support. The home features multiple communal spaces including a television room, activity and dining room, and lounge, with large windows overlooking a courtyard that create a sense of spaciousness. During the pandemic, residents maintained their friendships and engagement in activities, including a group who made knitted mobility frame bags for others in the home. The spacious dining room allowed for socially distanced dining while residents continued to socialise together.

The home has implemented measures to support resident wellbeing and infection control, including a Covid-19 contingency plan with designated zoning and alternative use of spaces. Visitors are able to access the home in line with government guidance through a clear process involving health questionnaires, testing regimes, and provision of personal protective equipment. A dedicated visiting pod with a dividing perspex screen and microphone system has been purchased to facilitate safe visits from outside.
