Alphington Lodge Residential Home

Alphington Lodge provides accommodation and personal care for up to 28 older people, with 25 residents at the time of inspection. The home does not provide nursing care. The management team has been working to improve the culture at the service, with relatives, staff and external health and social care professionals reporting positive progress since the current manager took post. People are supported by sufficient numbers of suitably trained and competent staff, with a virtually new team recruited who demonstrate the values and commitment needed to support residents effectively.
