The management team has been working to improve the culture at the service, with relatives, staff and external health and social care professionals reporting positive progress since the current manager took post.

People are supported by sufficient numbers of suitably trained and competent staff, with a virtually new team recruited who demonstrate the values and commitment needed to support residents effectively.
