The Lodge

This residential care home provides accommodation and support for up to 15 people with mental health needs and physical disabilities. At the time of inspection, eleven people were using the service. Residents reported feeling safe, and staff were knowledgeable about recognizing and reporting abuse. Risk assessments were in place for each person, and accidents and incidents were properly recorded and monitored. The service maintained adequate staffing levels to meet residents' needs, with all new staff undergoing the required background checks before starting work.
