Hillsview - Eastwood House

Hillsview Eastwood House is a 20-bedded service supporting 16 people with mental health needs, physical disabilities, or dementia. People feel safe at the service, with staff trained to identify and report abuse concerns. Risks are assessed and reviewed regularly, and residents are supported to make decisions about their care with maximum choice and control. Staff work in the least restrictive way possible while acting in people's best interests, supported by clear policies and systems.

Staffing levels are sufficient to meet residents' needs, and staff demonstrate strong knowledge of the people they support. The service has effective systems in place for medicine management, ensuring medications are administered safely as prescribed. Infection prevention and control measures are monitored and maintained throughout the service.
