The Lodge

The Lodge provides accommodation and personal care support for up to three people living with autism. At the time of inspection, three residents were living there.

The home maintains person-centred support plans that clearly outline each person's needs, risks and preferences. Staff tailor support based on detailed information about daily routines and what matters to each individual. Recognising that residents have limited verbal communication abilities, staff use other methods to understand and respond to their needs and wishes.
