The Bungalow

The Bungalow is a small care home in Wirral providing accommodation and support for three people with a learning disability, some of whom have lived there for many years. The CQC rated the home good overall, an improvement from the previous requires improvement rating. Inspectors found detailed, person-centred care plans, staff who knew people well and supported their choices, and medicines managed safely.

Family members and an advocate spoke positively about people's settled lives and development since moving in. Staff felt well supported, and the registered manager promoted an open, honest culture that ensured the home worked well for the people living there.
