Austin Rose Care Home

There were sufficient staff numbers to meet people's needs, and residents felt safe in the home. Clear care plans and risk assessments were in place for all residents, and the provider had established systems to manage incidents affecting safety. Staff reported feeling supported in their roles. Residents enjoyed the food provided, and people received appropriate support from external healthcare providers when needed. Assessments of people's needs were completed before they moved into the home.
