Meadow Rose Nursing Home

Meadow Rose Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 56 people in a purpose-built facility with three floors. Each floor has a communal area, and there is access to a garden. Risks relating to restraint had not been adequately assessed, monitored or reviewed, and staff had not received appropriate training in this area. While staff demonstrated knowledge of safeguarding procedures, some had failed to recognise and report a safeguarding incident. Recruitment records also required improvement. The provider's governance systems continued to need strengthening, with quality and safety monitoring systems failing to identify these issues.
