West Villa Residential Home

West Villa Residential Home provides accommodation and personal care for adults, including people with dementia. The home supports up to 32 people across an adapted three-storey building with bedrooms on each floor and communal living areas on the first floor. At the time of inspection, 29 people were living there.

The home had not completed all risk assessments, though the registered manager updated these during the inspection and planned to upskill additional staff to maintain these records. Residents reported feeling safe at the home and confirmed they received their medicines on time. The home had systems in place to monitor and respond to accidents and other incidents.
