The Knoll

The Knoll provides personal care to 34 older people and those living with dementia, with 19 residents at the time of inspection. Care is delivered across three floors, with a large communal lounge and dining room for social activities and gardens for outdoor enjoyment. The provider and registered manager had established a visiting pod in accordance with safe visiting guidance, and implemented alternative contact methods including technology to help residents maintain connections with their relatives.
