Kings Den

Kings Den is a residential care home in Gloucestershire providing accommodation and personal care for up to four people with a learning disability and autistic people. The CQC rated the service Good overall, an improvement on its previous requires improvement rating, having found the provider was no longer in breach of regulations relating to safe care, staff recruitment and governance.

Inspectors found people felt safe and were involved in decisions about their care, with strong relationships between staff and residents. Safeguarding, medicines management and recruitment processes were all working effectively, though a minor environmental issue was raised and resolved promptly during the assessment. People also benefited from a good range of activities and felt confident their feedback was acted upon.
