Springfield House

Springfield House provides accommodation and personal care to seven people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or autism. The service has implemented strong systems to support safe visiting, including a dedicated visiting pod that allows relatives to see and speak with residents while maintaining appropriate safeguards. Staff receive training in infection control and PPE procedures, and the home maintains sufficient protective equipment stocks and participates in regular COVID-19 testing for both residents and staff. People living at the home are actively supported to access the community and engage in work and education opportunities.
