Stroud Lodge accommodates up to nine people with learning disabilities or mental health disorders. The home was fully occupied at the time of inspection and was observed to be clean and well-maintained. Staff followed robust cleaning schedules and were observed using sanitiser throughout the visit, with no malodours detected.

The service had implemented personal protective equipment stations in various areas of the home to support infection control measures. A designated member of staff supported visitors to ensure they followed safe infection control and PPE guidance when entering the home.
