The Hennessy Partnership's Living Well Street, Poppy Walk & Tom Wroe

The Hennessy Partnership provides personal care to 24 people aged 18 and over across three separate units: Living Well Street, Poppy Walk, and Tom Wroe. The service can support up to 32 people, with each unit featuring separate bathrooms, toilets, and communal areas.

The home has implemented effective systems to prevent infection spread among residents, staff, and visitors. People and their relatives are supported to maintain contact through various technologies, and residents receive support to understand infection prevention and control measures in relation to pandemic safety.
