Moorlands Grange

Moorlands Grange provides personal care for up to 40 people needing short-term or intermediate care, supporting them through a core team of staff and an on-site health care team including pharmacists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nurses. At inspection, 28 people were using the service.

The purpose-built facility spans two floors, each divided into two units with adapted facilities. Each unit contains a kitchen, lounge, and dining area, while bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms.

Inspectors identified concerns around the safe administration of medicines, though no evidence of harm to people was found. The provider was taking steps to address staff performance in this area.
