Knowle Court provides personal care to 22 older people, some living with dementia. The home maintains safety systems that assess risks and take action to mitigate them, with medicines managed safely. Staffing levels are adequate to keep people safe, and staff receive good support from the management team alongside a training programme that helps them carry out their roles effectively.
