Greenacres

Greenacres provides personal and nursing care to 63 people aged 65 and over, with capacity for up to 64 residents including those living with dementia. The home is arranged over two floors with four units, each featuring single bedrooms with en-suite facilities, communal bathrooms, and open plan lounges and dining areas.

Residents and relatives reported feeling safe and praised staff for their knowledge of safeguarding practices. The home uses comprehensive risk assessments to manage risks both within the home and in the community. Staff receive appropriate training and support to carry out their roles, and residents are supported with maximum choice and control over their lives, with decisions made in their best interests using the least restrictive approaches possible.
