Meadow Court Residential Home

Meadow Court Residential Home provides personal care for up to 37 older people, including those living with dementia. During inspection, 30 people were residing at the service. Staff demonstrated good infection control practices, wearing personal protective equipment correctly and maintaining visibly clean rooms and communal areas. Hand sanitising points and PPE were readily available throughout the service and in residents' rooms. The home had implemented a visitor's pod, a separate external structure with sealed sections divided by glass, enabling safe visits with relatives. Staff had received training on COVID-19 safe practices, and the service operated a thorough admission policy that included virtual pre-admission assessments, COVID-19 testing before arrival, and sanitisation of personal belongings.
