The Grove

The Grove provides personal and nursing care for up to 38 residents in a detached building with lift access to upper floors. At the time of inspection, 31 people were being supported. Visiting healthcare professionals reported seeing recent improvements and confirmed the service takes their advice and carries out necessary care in a timely manner. One professional stated, "Things are definitely much better. They always email us if they are concerned about anything in a timely manner." The service had adequate permanent and agency staffing levels. Although staffing had been challenging during a recent Covid-19 outbreak with increased reliance on agency workers, recruitment had improved and dependency on agency staff had reduced.
