Penrice House provides personal care to up to 29 people, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 24 people were using the service. The home has systems in place to protect people from abuse, and residents reported feeling safe.

Risk assessments are completed to identify and minimize risks people face. Staff recruitment follows safe procedures, with sufficient staffing levels observed to respond to residents' needs. Medicine management systems operate safely, and people are supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives.
