Beech Lodge

Beech Lodge accommodates up to 28 adults, some living with dementia, with 27 residents at the time of inspection. People and their relatives reported high satisfaction with care and felt safe at the home. One family member commented, "We are so pleased with the care and support she has received all the way through the pandemic," while a resident noted, "I feel safe here and have a job to do which I enjoy." Staff demonstrated a caring approach, spending time engaging with residents throughout the service, and people appeared happy and comfortable in their surroundings. Residents were supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives.
