The Grove

The Grove provides accommodation and personal care for up to five people with learning disabilities. At the time of inspection, five people were using the service. Staff support people to live as full a life as possible, with a focus on choice, control, and independence. Support is person-centred and designed to help people develop new skills and become more independent. People told inspectors that staff were kind and supportive, enabling them to live as independently as possible. The service has sufficient numbers of suitably trained staff to meet people's needs.
